I know how the body can hold onto so much pain. And how challenging it is to hold onto that anger and pain.

In August of 2019 I created this 4-week, 4 hour experience that honors you, provides ways to tap into your strength and power, and helps soften and heal your heart.

I believe creating a ritual for healing is important for children, the youth and adults. Even animals are drawn to the sessions with their owners and falling asleep.
