You don't need to do anything special to prepare. Your intention and with love creates that bridge for connection. Arrive with an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to explore what unfolds. There is no strict rule or mandatory timeframe for when a spirit can communicate. Connection is possible immediately as their spirit/energy transcend immediately. So, you can book at any time. You need to do what feels right for you, your grief and healing. Some mediums generally recommend waiting 6 to 12 months after a loss. Ultimately, your emotional readiness is the most important factor. If you feel consumed by intense shock or distress, please wait. It is best to book a session when you feel ready to receive their messages with an open heart. You can always book an appointment and feel into what's right for you.
