I’ve spent my life exploring energy since as long as I can remember and long before it had a name.

I simply felt it around and within myself.

Energy and reiki supports us when we slow down enough to receive it.

Reiki became my path for creating calm, restorative spaces that allow people to reconnect with themselves.
