Welcome!

I have been sharing Usui Reiki since 2008. I was attuned to the Usui Holy Fire Reiki III in June of 2019. I am also trained in other energy healing modalities which nicely rounds out the overall experience.

What is Reiki?

Energy healing has been used for centuries in various forms. Advocates say it works with the energy fields around the body.

How does it work?

I connect to the energy, the Universal Life source energy which is then relayed to the client and group.

The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). Reiki is a type of energy healing.

Many clients tend to fall asleep during the sessions. Sleep is one of the many examples of how Reiki helps the mind and body to slow down, relax, and move towards a resting state. This is much like a mini-vacation, a place of de-stressing and bringing you back to a place of peace and harmony.

Clients of all ages and backgrounds have joined these sessions including animals.
