This group runs for Four weeks from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm EST (please check your time zone if it's different from Ontario).
I have been sharing Usui Reiki since 2008. I was attuned to the Usui Holy Fire Reiki III in June of 2019. I am also trained in other energy healing modalities which nicely rounds out the overall experience.
What is Reiki?
Energy healing has been used for centuries in various forms. It works with the energy fields throughout the body. Science is what really intrigued me. The effect of Reiki sets the body back to a set point, reducing inflammation.
