I've spent my life exploring energy since as long as I can remember — long before it had a name. I simply felt it, around and within myself.

Energy and Reiki support us when we slow down enough to receive it.

Reiki became my path for creating calm, restorative spaces that allow people to reconnect with themselves. My approach is grounded, professional, and compassionate — focusing on rest, gentle healing, and energetic renewal.
