Full Moon in Leo by Christie Flynn

I'm a big fan of astrology. The story of the stars...

February 1st, the Full Moon in Leo, the fire sign asks a bold question:

Which parts of yourself have you been hiding or holding back?

Leo energy isn’t subtle either.

Much like the lion, it’s calling you to roar, to shine, to be fully seen. Right now, there’s a tension between staying true to yourself and fitting in—the classic “me versus we.”

Leaning into this tension can spark meaningful change.

This Full Moon blends creative fire with relationship and collaboration opportunities. Maybe it’s a project you’ve been sitting on, an honest conversation you’ve been avoiding, or simply giving yourself permission to play and collaborate without overthinking.

Expect sudden shifts in the next few days—they might shake things up, but in ways that ultimately move you forward.

Creativity is influencing your relationships now. Some collaborations may blossom, while others might require you to step away and move in separate directions.

That “leap of faith” you’ve been avoiding?

It’s calling you—asking you to act on the ideas you keep putting off.

The energy doesn’t wait for the perfect moment. It doesn't want you to wait for perfection. It's nagging at you to get going and shows up, unapologetically, saying: “Here goes something!” Not “here goes nothing,” but something real, bold, and yours.

So, what do you do?

Make the move. Share the work. Speak your truth.

Whatever’s been building creatively or emotionally, this Full Moon is putting a spotlight on it. Stop waiting for permission, or for the “right time.”

What makes you, you, matters—and the world needs to see it.

You may want to put on Katy Perry's song, Roar to feel the full impact of this shift.

I can't wait to hear what you do.

“The greatest fear in the world is of the opinions of others. And the moment you are unafraid of the crowd you are no longer a sheep, you become a lion. A great roar arises in your heart, the roar of freedom.”

Enjoy spreading your wings and soaring to new heights.

Love,

Christie

P.S. A few after-thoughts...

There are aspects of the Lion (character, personality, spirit) that's encouraging us all to share our voice.

Can you see it roaring or hear it roaring?

To "roar" is to communicate in ways where you're honestly you and showing up as you... the beautiful you with heart and your authentic soul.

I often think that we hold back worrying about what others will think rather than being truthful. Truthful not just to other but ourselves. Holding back will inevitably make us ill.

Who wants that?

A few ideas to ponder today...

Where in your life are you holding back?

Sit with this one.

Where are you holding yourself back?

If so, lean in.... Or you maybe just fine.

How can you invite in this idea... I'm going to let go, share in a graceful way and figure things out along the way.

Thank you for your presence and your heart.

Have a blessed day. :-)
