My Journey — The Short Version

​

A subtle but present energy always seemed to be around talking to me. I never put a label on it other than 'love.' Over the years I began to share to help others, connect to loved ones, guides, the collective consciousness or Universe. To help clients navigate through grief, life's challenges and breakthroughs. I'm grateful for all the opportunities that are presented and to share it 

wherever I can.

I was born in Birch Hills, Saskatchewan, into a family rooted in care and service. Time spent in nature, with animals, and near the water shaped my deep sense of presence and connection. From an early age, I experienced a natural awareness of oneness—with the living world and the unseen—long before I had language for it.

My first experiences with loss came early in life. As a child, I had intuitive awareness around transitions, including a profound visitation from my Papa in 1997. Hours later, I received the call that he had passed. That moment quietly affirmed what I already sensed—that connection does not end with death.

​

I later followed a professional path in the corporate world, spending over 20 years in management, Human Resources and consulting after earning a degree in Economics. Even then, people consistently sought me out for guidance, clarity, and support. The work was already happening—it simply hadn’t yet been named.

​

A major turning point came in 2003 with the loss of my mother. Her passing opened a deeper awareness of energy and spirit and became the catalyst for what many call an awakening. What began as subtle signs grew into clear communication and a calling to support others through grief, transition, and transformation.

​

Today, I work full-time as a professional Psychic Medium, intuitive mentor, coach, teacher, speaker, and writer. I’ve supported thousands of people by connecting them with loved ones in spirit—both human and animal—as well as spirit guides and higher realms of consciousness, known across cultures as Source, Oneness, or the Universe.

​

Spirit communicates with me through all the senses—seeing, hearing, feeling, sensing, and deep knowing. My work gently helps people move beyond fear or doubt, trust their intuition, and find clarity around relationships/love, health, career/retirement/entrepreneurship, purpose, and spiritual growth.

​

Readings and ongoing support through coaching are available in person (Ottawa studio), virtually, and by phone. I also offer intimate group experiences, classes, workshops, and talks.

At the heart of my work is a simple reminder: connection never ends, and you are never alone.
